Here’s the difference between low self-esteem and healthy self-esteem:

Imagine that you walk into a room where there are many other people. This could be at work, at a party, or even at a family gathering. If you have low self-esteem you may worry that people are judging you, talking about you, or just straight up don’t like you! You may feel anxious or even avoid the situation altogether.

Compare this with having a healthy self-esteem. You walk into the same room and the same situation. And instead of worrying about what others think of you, you calmly and confidently wonder if there is anyone there who YOU like. Who do you wish to be connected with? Whose company you can enjoy?

Having low self-esteem can make life unbearable and hold you back from being all you can be. Without positive self-esteem, it is impossible to make any permanent and lasting changes to your life, and any magick you do will only be temporary.
